Mr. Refaul Karim is a Chartered Accountant having Fellow Membership from ICAB. He also has achieved Fellow Membership from Institute of Financial Accounts of UK and Institute of Public Accountants of Australia. Mr. Karim is a founder member of Bangladesh VAT Ber Association (BVBA).

He is a Certified Financial Modeler and Valuation Analyst having more than 15 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Finance and Taxation. He has expertise in IFRS, Company affairs & Secretarial work, IPO, Tax Planning, Financial Modelling, Advance Excel, Data Analysis, Data Automation, Power BI, Integration and Implementation of accounting software.

He is a Microsoft Excel Expert and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). He provides both physical and online training on Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, Financial Modeling, Income Tax & Value Added Tax (VAT). He is an enlisted trainer of all the renowned online training platform of Bangladesh like enroute.com.bd, sudoksho.com, thrivingskill.com, LSF & Co, IPDP Training, Corporate Academy etc.

Currently, he is working with Bangla Tel Group as CFO. Before BTG, he served several sectors like Software, Telecommunication, RMG & Manufacturing, Real Estate Company, and Autonomous Body in various positions.
